Thinktank Workspace Inc.

Thinktank Workspace is a micro-community home to professionals, independents, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and startups from different industries and specialties. We thrive on the unique personalities and professional experiences of our members. Your diversity makes us great!

In building a community of like-minded people, our ultimate goal has always been to be more than just a physical space – we have designed a coworking environment that fosters innovation and creativity and where collaboration leads to exceptional results!

Lokaal

Lokaal is a shared coworking space for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers who want to be part of the community and work locally, in a collaborative environment filled with other talented minds. An integral part of the creative hub that works in this building, Lokaal is a bright, modern, light-filled place to get it done. In response to the challenges of #WFH brought about by COVID, we’ve launched our “Tag Team” coworking plan for couples (two people from the same address) who can share a single membership and take turns escaping when they need that important focus time (Tag Team plan available until Sept 2021).

Located on St. Clair West where Corso Italia and Regal Heights meet, Lokaal is accessible by TTC (512 street car or Dufferin Bus right outside). Ample bike parking, City Bikeshare, Carshare and more are within the block. Free on-street parking is available in the neighbourhood or paid GreenP lots within the block. We have a great indie coffee shop Wallace Espresso downstairs and dozens of amazing cafes and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk including the infamous Atomic 10 Tacos

Verkspace: 32 Britain

Located just 5 minutes from the Yonge line, 32 Britain Street is where Verkspace began. The warm brick and beam building was the inspiration for a workspace that feels like you’re working from home. While the building has character, it’s modern build ensures that all of your business needs are met; such as high speed Beanfield Internet and Air Conditioning.

Bright, south facing floor to ceiling windows inspire creativity and free the mind to get down to business. Each of the 4 floors have a unique feel allowing members the ability to find a spot that suits their mood. With the St Lawrence Market just steps away, there’s guaranteed to be a lunch option for every member of your team.
